I’ve been saying I wanted to learn to play the ukulele for a couple of months now, so guess what I got last night? Except it was wrapped upside-down and in a big vase, so I thought it was flowers. Isn’t my man clever and funny?

Oh my Geri, you don’t know how bad I am! I don’t know what I’m doing – but my strumming sounded better after Russ got it in tune for me! lol

Oh Mary, going to Hawaii is so much better than trying to imagine and play the ukulele on the back porch, no where near the ocean! I’ll have to look up your hulu song and try to learn, lol!
Happy anniversary to both of you! Lucky both of you and lucky me for knowing you. i go to maui on friday. I hope that you will learn to play “hukilau”. it is the only hula i know. we can play and dance on the boat when i get back. aloha
