It’s a new day

will.i.am has new song out for the inauguration of President Obama today, but I still like this one from the election season last fall.

Update: Did this other version of New Day — just fooling around trying out different techniques.

    I like the other one best, too. I am so elated, today. It is hard for me to get anything done, but to revel in the celebration of this day.

    I have been drawing everyday, but not so good about getting them scanned and posted. I’ll try to do better! (some of them aren’t so good, though:)

    When you were in fourth grade, you said you were going to do a one line drawing of the Last Supper. Have you tried any one-liners lately?

    Funny you should say that. I often remember that one-line drawing obsession when I’m sewing because in quilting it’s best to do with one line.
